Rachael Oakley, Managing Director
Rachael has more than 20 years' experience in publishing, with a particular emphasis on illustrated non-fiction titles. Her varied career within partwork magazines, business-to-business (B2B) titles and consumer publishing both books and magazines has enabled her to work on a wide variety of subject matters. Rachael has project managed the creation of countless new products, winning the PPA's launch of the year award for Inspector Morse The Complete DVD Collection, as well as being responsible for the day-to-day management of extremely busy editorial departments.

Catherine Anderson, Editorial Director
Catherine is a highly versatile editor. She started her career in educational publishing before moving into legal and business publishing first at Lloyd's of London Press and then at FT Law and Tax. Catherine has since worked in website content development as a producer for Virgin.net and executive producer at Trinity Mirror Digital. Latterly Catherine has worked as a development editor on a number of highly successful partwork titles, for the English-language, German and Russian markets.

Jon Barrett, Art Director
Jon is a talented creative with a wealth of experience in both print and digital mediums. Before joining Byline, Jon was Art Editor at GE Fabbri and worked on the development of titles as diverse as Our Natural World for the BBC and Winx Beauty Club for Rainbow. Jon has extensive experience of working with licensors including Disney, Warner Brothers, ITV, Universal and the BBC.
